Standard Durations
- Residential Rent: Minimum 12 months (paid yearly) for Houses and Apartments.
- Commercial Lease: Standard minimum 3 years for Office Spaces, Shops, and Buildings.
- Land Lease: Flexible durations starting from 3 years up to 99-year policy.
In Sierra Leone, land is often sold or leased in Towns or Acres.
- 1 Town: Equivalent to a standard 50x100ft plot.
- 1 Acre: Equivalent to 4 standard Towns (Plots).
